Well, I don't know if the messy event will take place this year or where, but I won't be able to come. I can't get off work. Oh well, maybe next year.
I am grateful for your dedication to the WAM community in presenting and growing this critical forum and service.
Let me know if this is taking off. A little rough to do each year, but maybe I can bring work with me.
Why change a good thing with location (especially as it's worked for the past few years???)
If anyone wants to do another meet - then someone could always organise one in another meet in another area at another time.
This doesn't have to be the only major meet going as we need more and MM has enough on his plate without organising events as well. 8-) :thumbsup:

Miss Marie and I have been kicking around the idea of attending. Where does this normally take place? Hotel wise?
Wondering if I can work out a way to have someone help me get there, with most things, and in payment they can get me messy in any traditional WAM way they want/run a booth getting me messy.
Denver would be sooooo much easier to swing. But I will plan for this regardless :loveeyes:

Wow! This was so fun to watch! I kind of discovered this by accident and I'm so glad I did. It really made me appreciate all of the Cream Pie gals I have had in my life. I am single now and do not plan on ever being with another woman ever again.... But I do miss having a partner that is totally into your fetish. :) :) :)
After a long road trip, I finally made it to the Nugget this morning. Looking forward to meeting everyone later this evening.
It should hopefully be fine. They were weird about dress code last time though. They would let me in in my cargos because I forgot my swimy trunks.

Are we thinking of renting an airbnb for just the purpose of a pie fight for just one night? Or hoping to find someone who already has one and is willing to offer it up?
I agree with the points made by all. For me pudding and cool whip on thick paper plates are the way to go. I guess if people wanted to buy actual store made pies they could, but that would be more work, cost and issues. Personally, I'm not a fan of shaving cream pies in real life or vids, but to each their own. Everyone could chip in to the supply fund and equal amount, or bring their own stuff for the equivalent price. Clearly the biggest issue would be where to do it and the clean up. An Airbnb w a yard might work??? And everyone participating would need to state they were cool with being part of it. Thoughts?
I'd only do it if it wasn't shaving cream, honestly. Even though I know that's easier to clean. And yeah, where to do it is a huge unresolved question. But if it actually seems like it might happen, I'm in!

There is also a wam discord but for this event I'd rather not confuse anyone the links on my profile but for this seems everyone is messaging on groupme. Can't wait to meet everyone kinda nervous sense it's a whole different approach for me but I also in ways think cathartic. Introvert and all
I'm almost positive I'll be able to make it after some potential setbacks would have prevented me. I'll have lot of gear with me. Please let me know if you'd rather not show up in publicly posted photos. I tend to snap a LOT of shots when I'm out and about.

An my plans? Are to visit messygirls group..(hopefully raise enough to play with them!) I'd love to visit darlas party and the rest of the time? I wanna see Vegas! I haven't ever been out west and I won't be able to vacation for a long time! I'll also be taking requests if you are having a messy time? If you want me to drop in and throw a few pies at you or gunge ya or something? Just shoot me an email! I'll see if I can get it in! I'm super amped to just meet everyone! Wednesday I fly in at 9 and will be EXHAUSTED and can't get into my air bnb till 1 or so.so? If anyone has a bed they wanna let me sleep in for a bit? That would be awesome. Sadly, my work has dropped something on my calendar that I can't not be at on May 6, so I will have to pass on attendance this go around. Better luck for me next time. Have a great time!

Can someone remind me how to access the GroupMe text convo? I believe I signed up to be a part of it awhile back, but I only keep getting random text message alerts here and there it doesn't seem like the full convo is coming through
I'm still trying to, but I haven't been able to make much headway on planning a Lake Mead trip and work is being very stingy with paid overtime right now. So I'm trying to budget food, ubers, etc.
My luck, I'll get out there and miss most stuff because I just don't know what's going on when, or have a bad flare up like last time...

@Messmaster I've made a big road trip vacation out of this. I have tons of things planned before during and after Vegas. It's going to be a blast.
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, lunchtime or evening visits to one of the local eateries from Guy Fieri's Triple D series. 5th Strip. 6th Pool. 7th Fly home. I'd appreciate some help setting up the groupme app on my phone.

I've been putting this off for literally a month, because it's so hard to make this call officially, but me and Misses won't be able to attend this year. Way too many destabilizing things have come up since I got the plane tickets. Sorry for anybody who may be disappointed. Misses and I are fine FYI. Hopefully life will be more normal for the 30th anniversary.
I really am wanting to meet yall but these times and dates arent going to work well with my work schedule unfortunately. working every night that week BUT ill SEE yall at the golden nugget gazebo but considering i work very close to the pool at the golden nugget i wont be able to join yall there. I wish i could attend but its not gonna be possible.
21 more sleeps. I'm trying to save up some money for some really nice eats over the week, so I don't think I can handle splitting a gazebo with someone. Unfortunately, my HR department doesn't think I'm worth a raise.
Noticed with the reboot that my RSVP disappeared. I've added it back! But judging from the numbers, others have disappeared too.
I have a much better shot of making it. My workplace decided to make it a short day for Cinco de Mayo, so I can leave in the early afternoon instead of late afternoon.
Yep, plus a $150 food and bev minimum tab. Thus why I was suggesting a few of us spilt it. With over 40 people RSVP'ed to attend the pool party, we likely could use the extra space. If someone wants to split it with me... hit me up.

count me in. I am happy to split the cost of another gazebo if we need an extra and someone(s) want to join in with me on the cost. 3 or 4 of us could split it. We should move fast to be sure we can get it with the ones MM has reserved. Last time the pool party was a blast... so much fun day drinking! Message me if you are interested in splitting the cost.
I'm driving over and will be hard pressed to make it given it's usually a 3 to 3 1/2 hour drive, but I'll try!

I'll get the groupme app sorted, and have a
suitable cellphone by the time I arrive.
I'm so looking forward to this and meeting new
folks and re-meeting some folks.

Just booked my flight, Wed to Sun. Looking forward to reliving the first event and seeing everyone again.
@Larzstord not sure if you're using a travel agency or not but I actually got a better deal booking through the hotel directly other than going through websites like priceline and travelocity. You might want look into that and see if it saves you any money.
